I cannot rate Bob Spagnolo any higher because the scale only goes up to 5 stars. Bob is a professional in every way, from his honest estimates right through to the completion of his quality work. I have had Bob accomplish two major projects with which I couldn't be happier - installation of replacement windows throughout the house, and construction of an added family room to a small ranch house. In all respects, Bob was meticulous in his work, cordial, and respectful of his clients' environment. If I had more projects, Bob would be the one I call without hesitation. Bob has done numerous projects for me - big and small. Bob added a huge second floor bathroom to our home with excellent workmanship. In addition, Bob has replaced boards on the house, fixed stairs to the basement which were about to come apart, adjusted doors, repaired and replaced rotten boards around my living room window.

If repairs or additions need to be done at my house, Bob gets the first and only call. Also, his costs are fair for the work he does.

Bob Spagnolo and his team of skilled subcontractors have done numerous jobs for us over the past 10 years, including re-siding our cedar shake exterior and putting on a new roof, as well as many smaller jobs. The new roof is a good example of how Bob works. When he took off the old asphalt shingles, he discovered there had once been a fire which may have weakened the roof beams. That section of the roof was in danger of collapsing. The structural work was not in the bid, but he repaired it at no extra cost.
